1. Project Approval

Before starting a project, the scope, requirements, pricing, deliverables, and payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon with the client.

2. Advance Payments

Some projects may require an advance payment before work begins. Once development or project work has started, the advance payment may be non-refundable because resources and time have already been allocated.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a project before any work has started, refund eligibility will depend on the agreed payment terms and whether any costs or resources have already been committed.

4. Cancellation After Work Begins

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the refundable amount, if any, will be determined based on the work completed, resources used, and terms agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

5. Completed Work

Payments for completed and delivered work are generally non-refundable once the agreed deliverables have been provided and accepted by the client.

6. Scope Changes

Requests that fall outside the originally agreed project scope may require additional charges. Such changes will be discussed with the client before additional work is carried out.

7. Revisions

Where revisions are included in the agreed project scope, we will make reasonable adjustments based on the agreed requirements. Additional revisions or major changes may incur additional charges.

8. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party services, software, hosting, domains, licenses, APIs, or other external resources may not be refundable by COGITEX SYSTEMS once those services have been purchased or activated.

9. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted by contacting us with the relevant project details and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed according to the agreed project terms and work completed.

10. Policy Updates

COGITEX SYSTEMS may update this Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this page.
